Preparing For YourMarriage
PREMARITAL CONVERSATIONS: At Grace, we not only want you to experience a beautiful wedding ceremony, we are invested in ensuring that your marriage brings you enduring peace and joy in Christ. Premarital counseling has proved to be extraordinarily valuable for couples. At least three conversations will be scheduled. These sessions provide a good opportunity for a friendship to develop between the couple and the presiding minister. This friendship makes a remarkable impact on the wedding ceremony.
CONSULTATION WITH OUR HOSTESS: Our wedding hostess will meet with you on three occasions. At the first meeting you will select the music for your service, as well as share information regarding your bridal party and guests. The second will be the wedding rehearsal itself, lastly, of course the actual wedding ceremony. Your Wedding Hostess will provide you with expert guidance in selecting appropriate music that will contribute to the beauty, celebration, and dignity of your special day at Grace.
REHEARSALS: Your wedding rehearsal will take place for approximately one hour the day prior to the wedding. Please bring with you your Unity Candle and /or Sand, guest book, programs, and any other items you wish to employ during your wedding, along with your Marriage Certificate.
